Why are quarantine reports not sent?

Why am I not receiving quarantine reports on a daily basis?

No quarantined message

Quarantine reports are sent daily by default, but only if messages were filtered and retained by the platform within the last 24 hours. Therefore, it is possible, and highly probable, that the reason a user did not receive his report is that there are no quarantined messages to list for that particular day.

Sending frequency is not daily

Quarantine reports are sent daily by default, but the sending frequency can be modified to reduce it.

The account administrator needs to review the report sending frequency parameters in Clients > Details > Administration > Quarantines > Settings.

Click Clients > Details > Administration > Quarantines > Settings and configure the Daily quarantine report:
Sending time of the first report
The time of day at which the first report will be sent. After that, every future report dates will be based on this first sending.
Frequency
The frequency at which the platform will send reports.
Minimum frequency
The minimum period of time a user can define. The minimum allowed is 4 hours.
