Inbound whitelists

You may provide a list of senders to whitelist, either by providing a specific email or a whole domain.

Please note that overusing the whitelist will have a negative impact on filtering accuracy and efficiency.
  1. Click Clients > Details > Administration > Inbound > Whitelists > Add.
  2. Enter the address or domain to whitelist
    1. Type in the email address in the field and click Add.
    2. Type in the domain name, without the @ character and click Add.
    Whitelists are disabled for emails identified as high spam , malware and when Time-of-Click is applied. They can be reactivated with the exception rules created by the administrator.
    Important: Click Save at the bottom of the page and then Apply modifications at the top right of the page to save your new settings.
