User quarantine

As an administrator, the Clients > Details > Users > Details section allows you to view and take actions on the filtered emails that were retained in the user quarantine.

You may filter the emails to display by selecting one of the All, Spam or Low priority filters.

You can apply an action on multiple emails: Select multiple emails at once by clicking the check box in the list, select one of the actions described below in the Action dropdown menu, click Save at the bottom and Apply modifications at the top of the page.

Release
Sends the email to the mailbox of the user.
Delete
Deletes the email from quarantine. No copy is preserved and it is not delivered to the mailbox of the user.
Whitelist
Adds the email sender to the whitelist, so that any future email from this user will be directly delivered to the mailbox.
Unsubscribe
Unsubscribes the user from the message emailing campaign.
Note:

The unsubscribe option might be disabled for some emails. The last column indicates which emails you cannot unsubscribe.
