User quarantine
As an administrator, the
section allows you to view and take actions on the filtered emails that were retained in the user quarantine.You may filter the emails to display by selecting one of the All, Spam or Low priority filters.
You can apply an action on multiple emails: Select multiple emails at once by clicking the check box in the list, select one of the actions described below in the Action dropdown menu, click Save at the bottom and Apply modifications at the top of the page.
- Release
- Sends the email to the mailbox of the user.
- Delete
- Deletes the email from quarantine. No copy is preserved and it is not delivered to the mailbox of the user.
- Whitelist
- Adds the email sender to the whitelist, so that any future email from this user will be directly delivered to the mailbox.
- Unsubscribe
- Unsubscribes the user from the message emailing campaign.
