Senders blacklist

You may provide a list of senders to blacklist for one of your domains, either by providing a specific email or a whole domain.

Please note that overusing blacklist will have a negative impact on filtering accuracy and efficiency. Entries should be created with parsimony.

1. Click Clients > Details > Domains > Details > Inbound > Blacklist > Add.
2. Enter the address or domain to blacklist:
   • Type in the email address in the field.
   • Type in the domain name without the @ character.
3. Click Add.

Vade Cloud™ now blocks all emails coming from the blacklisted emails or domains.
