Event logs

The event logs page provides log information about all the configuration actions carried out in the Vade Cloud™ platform, including the login used and a timestamp to the action.

Click Clients > Details > Logs dropdown menu > Events to access the event logs page.

Logs available

You may filter the events log displayed by category and date:

Configuration logs
All configuration modifications.
Connexion logs
Logins and connection times.
Domains and relays
All events related to the configuration of domains, such as adding or modifying a relay, etc.
Users and configuration
All user account creation, modification or deletion.
Scheduler
Events triggered by automated tasks by the platform itself (license cleanup after expiration, etc.).
Statistics
This limits the log messages displayed to statistics read/write operations.
Database
This limits the log messages displayed to database operations.

Log search form

Log lookups can be refined by time (date, hour, minute) as well as the selection of the exact log file:

Category
Allows you to filter log lookups on a specific log category.
Start date
Allows you to filter log lookups to entries that occurred after the specified time (date, hour, minutes).
End date
Allows you to filter log lookups to entries that occurred before the specified time (date, hour, minutes).

Log Results

The entries that match the given lookup criteria are displayed in a table that provides the following information:

Date
Date on which the event occurred.
Account
Account for which the event occurred.
Action
Gives an indication of the type of event that occurred (session opened, domain activated, etc.).
Note: The platform displays 10,000 results maximum. If you haven't found the log you were searching for, refine your research.
